the transaction that You don t already know or cannot discover through
reasonably vigilant observation.
- Obedience: Obey all of Your lawful orders
that relate to the agent s duties as stated in the WB-36 Buyer s Agency
Agreement.
- Negotiation: Facilitate or participate in
communications between You and the other parties.

- Fair and Honest Treatment: Provide brokerage services to
all, answering questions honestly and accurately.Use
my knowledge and experience to help you find the right home. Buy
with confidence.
- Disclosure of Material Adverse Facts: Disclose facts and conditions
that you don t already know or cannot discover through vigilant
observation that significantly and adversely affect the property value,
the structure, or the health of the occupants.
- Confidentiality: Keep information
confidential that a reasonable person would want to be kept
confidential.
- Accurate Market Condition Information: If asked, provide timely and
accurate information about market conditions that affect the
transaction.
- Reasonable Skill and Care: Be knowledgeable concerning
real estate laws, public policies, current market conditions, etc. about
a property being
sold.
