Things just don’t get any better!  That’s how I’ve felt since meeting Bob Selensky of Parkway Realty, selling my home and moving to Villas of Franklin.  Even in May’s tough real estate market, in just three days I received an excellent offer on my home which led to a successful closing with Bob’s assistance.  In the meantime, Bob worked with me to choose my beautiful new condo.  As it was at the drywall stage, I was guided through the process of working with various vendors to make selections in order to customize my home all while meeting the promised move-in date.  As a self-proclaimed “Type-A” personality, Bob responded to my concerns during the condo’s completion with understanding in a thorough, timely and professional manner.  Even several months after closing, Bob has made himself available for any questions that I have.

As to condo living…I knew I was going to enjoy it, but living at the Villas of Franklin has exceeded my expectations!  My neighbors are great and my home is truly beautiful; family and friends remark of its open feeling and spaciousness.  The construction is excellent with building materials which far surpass those found in condos in this price range.  I never hear my “roof-mate” as the insulation between our units is exceptional and I have to remind myself I have a shared common wall.
